- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call volume, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable working rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
