Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
