Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team lead to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Provide accurate information regarding company policies, products, and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
