Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Document accurate information regarding customer interactions and account details.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
