Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.
