Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product questions with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, AHT, and quality assurance metrics
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent and clear articulation
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
