- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure brand consistency.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize call flows and reduce handle times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
