Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently using provided scripts and resources.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and call handling times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through active listening and problem-solving.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (Paid Training provided).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) or ability to commute to our Dallas facility.
