Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and nightly performance KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
