Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid government-issued ID and clean background check
