Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional real-time support to customers via online chat platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solution logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and response times.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (various schedules available).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
