Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time customer assistance through live chat across multiple platforms
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with precision and empathy
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

- Adhere to SLA metrics while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify trends and suggest process improvements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or chat support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask 5-7 chat conversations simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- Available to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Must pass typing speed test (40+ WPM with 95% accuracy)
