Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 60 seconds
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues

Qualifications

- Available for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Associate's degree in Communications or related field preferred
