Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems

- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in chat/email support
- Exceptional written communication skills with 45+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with complex inquiries
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
