Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Adhere to SLA metrics while ensuring 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Monitor chat queues during peak hours to maintain response time standards
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in typing (50+ WPM) with exceptional written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass background check and drug screening prior to start date
