Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time customer support via live chat platform
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product questions
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate recurring customer pain points
Qualifications

- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
