Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and questions efficiently, aiming for the first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
