As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing real-time assistance via live chat. You will help resolve technical issues, answer product inquiries, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience, even during the late hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional real-time customer support via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and product-related inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by delivering professional and empathetic service.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in chat support, technical support, or customer service is highly desired.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
