- Log all interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
