Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails for local businesses
- Resolve billing inquiries and service disruptions using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
