Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality scores
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and compliance protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards for all customer data
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation and empathy
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy in data entry scenarios
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
