Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity

Qualifications
