Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT >90%, handle time <180s)
- Proactively identify process improvements and customer pain points
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High school diploma; associate's degree or higher a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10PM-6AM EST)
- Must reside in Detroit, MI or Pennsylvania
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
