- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency

- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
