Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex technical escalations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or high-volume environment
- Strong typing proficiency (40+ WPM) and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
