Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support VIP clients during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
