Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and multi-channel support systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
