Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM.
- Follow script guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
