Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
