- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or technical team promptly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure consistency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote options are available).
