Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product information.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay current on product updates and service offerings to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
