Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails during night shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training.
