Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, accuracy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Provide product information, process returns, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
