Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office and computer software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a quiet environment.
