Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts and weekends.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our software products with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and account updates in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team while keeping the customer informed.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth transition of ongoing support cases.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems and guide users through solutions.
