Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Support weekend staffing as needed based on patient census
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in overnight healthcare settings
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional attention to detail during high-pressure situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
