Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock accuracy to prevent shrinkage.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless handovers and process continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
