Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily night operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently from evening close to early morning opening.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and safety.
- Team Leadership: Mentor night staff, conduct briefings, and provide constructive feedback to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and security measures to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily reports regarding incidents, staffing levels, and operational status.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the safe handling and storage of evening inventory and supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, security, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible weekend shifts and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
