Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee network operations and server health during night hours to ensure maximum uptime.
- Ticket Resolution: Address and resolve technical support tickets efficiently during the evening and weekend peak times.
- Shift Handover: Perform detailed end-of-shift reports and communicate critical issues to the day shift team.
- Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support to internal and external clients via chat and phone.
- Security Audits: Conduct routine security checks and software updates during off-peak hours.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Ohio-based remote team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and night hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including remote work in Ohio if applicable.
