Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor production lines during night operations to identify and rectify any defects or deviations in quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Shift Reporting: Document daily operations, log technical issues, and submit shift reports to the supervision team accurately and on time.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift personnel to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the tracking and management of spare parts and consumables required for night operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing role.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
