Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 5-10 employees to ensure high performance standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock ordering.
- Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries promptly to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly shift reports and performance metrics.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a professional work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Operations preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
