Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document inventory movements using WMS systems and digital scanners
- Assist with quality control checks and damaged product reporting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Availability for consistent weekend/nights (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
