Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for weekend deliveries
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend SLAs
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using digital systems
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards nightly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license (equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
