Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and 5S workplace organization principles
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
