Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are labeled correctly.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management cycles and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
