Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments during night shifts
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient weekend operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend workflows
- Enforce strict safety protocols during overnight operations
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Must be available exclusively for weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
