As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution network runs smoothly, even when the sun goes down.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and Night Shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for local driving tasks.
