Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as required by your role.
- Inventory Control: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
