Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and scanning of inventory orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure maximum safety and productivity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the night shift to meet daily deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners/wMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
