Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
